The Perspectives Of Leadership And Leadership - 1223 Words

I have spent several days trying to start writing this assignment. I was afraid to start because I have never tried to write a story about myself. I promise to do the best. The perspectives of leadership are different from one to another. People have their own stores and their own concepts of leadership. We all have that sense of leadership. Sometimes the events create the leaders. Always there is a need of leaders in families, communities, or nations. We found ourselves influenced by others positively or negatively. My childhood was perfect. I was born in a big traditional Saudi family. My family is consisting of my parents and three sisters and six brothers. I am the sixth after one sister and five brothers. We all have lived under the same roof. We have different personalities. Our house was very active. My mother is a full time mother and she is a strong, loving and caring person. She did so much for us. My father has never attended any kind of schools, he just knows how to read and write, but for me he is better than thousands of those who graduated from great universities. Raising a big family is not an easy work especially in a society like ours. My father is now 72 years old. He always inspires me to be a good responsible and committed person. When I remembered his life and what he did for us and for our relatives I figure out that he is a great leader. My father worked very hard to meet our needs. He has a strong personality.
